KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide assistance and guidance to support the Marketing team with the production of insightful, relevant content (blog posts, optimizing SEO, etc)
Plan and execute targeted AMB campaigns that drive engagement and support revenue growth
Managing potential leads and the effective routing thereof
Manage and oversee website and landing page content with a strong focus on growth
Identify and initiate potential PR angles, media opportunities and strategic partnerships.
Monitor key marketing metrics and compile reports that will help optimize strategy and driving ROI
Continuously optimize campaign strategies in response to performance insights and analytics.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Visual Communication Design or a related field
± 4-5 years of experience in a marketing role
Strong academic track record
A portfolio that demonstrates strong attention to detail, creativity, commercial awareness, innovation and high-quality work

PREFERRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Experience with marketing tools, i.e., Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot or Mailchimp) is advantageous
Proven ability to create compelling and visually appealing designs
Knowledge of web design and content management
Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
A team player with a positive and proactive attitude
