Job Description
Key responsibilities:
HubSpot Administration
Day-to-day HubSpot admin support for Sales/Leads team
Troubleshoot issues: deal movement/stages, ownership, routing, duplicates, associations.
Maintain data hygiene: properties, required fields, pipeline/stage consistency
Build/maintain sales automations using HubSpot workflows/Power Automate flows.
Build/maintain reports and dashboards (pipeline visibility, activity tracking)
Sales Support & Governance
Handle ad hoc HubSpot questions and requests from the sales team
Manage lead/deal queries in a consistent, evidence-based way
Review and approve/decline extension requests based on documented traction and activity evidence
Escalate or log bugs/issues and coordinate resolution where needed
ICP & List Building Support
Learn the company's value proposition + ICPs to support lead targeting
Assist Leads team with building and validating lists of “good fit” companies
Apply structured criteria (fit signals, segmentation, notes) and keep lists clean/import-ready
Excel + AI-Enabled Ops
Use Excel/Sheets for cleaning and analysing lists (pivots, lookups, deduping, formatting)
Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, summarise findings, and support list development (with accuracy checks)
Preferred Skills and competencies:
Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem solving abilities
Clear and effective communication skills
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise work
Curious about sales process and motivated by helping sales teams perform better
Qualifications and experience:
Bachelor's degree, business management, systems analysis, computer science
2-3 years of experience, preferably in a CRM administration role or sales
HubSpot experience advantageous
Exposure to B2B sales funnels, lead routing rules and basic RevOps reporting advantageous
Experience with lead research/list building, enrichment, or segmentation advantageous
Experience with BI tools like PowerBi advantageous
