ROLE OVERVIEW
Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive VAT Administrator to support our VAT Compliance team in handling day-to-day administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will assist in ensuring accurate record-keeping, timely submission of returns, and smooth coordination of routine VAT processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support the VAT team with daily and weekly administrative duties.
• Assist with the preparation and review of VAT returns.
• Monitor deadlines to ensure timely submission of VAT returns and related reports.
• Support the team with ad hoc administrative and compliance tasks as required.
• Obtain outstanding supporting documents from suppliers timeously and liaising with the tax team to ensure accurate record keeping on system.
• Learn and become familiar with international VAT rules and keep up to date with any changes in legislation.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• University Undergraduate Degree of any background,
• 1-2 years work experience advantageous
