Our client is launching an Imported range of Lounge Suites and is looking for a candidate with exceptional sales ability in the higher end Lounge suite sales experience

Job brief

We are looking for a competitive Sales person who has relationships with clients in the Interior Design space to help customers identify and purchase products they desire.  Oversee overall success of the branch and ensure Sales Consultants' duties reach their sales targets, restocking and merchandising.

The goal is to provide high class customer service and to increase the company’s growth and revenue through sales maximisation.

 

Requirements:

  • Sales experience with closing techniques
  • Proven sales record (minimum 3 years)
  • Proficiency in English 
  • Self-starter/ self-motivated go getter
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Mature individual
  • Out of the box thinker
  • Adequate computer literacy
  • Telephone etiquette
  • Negotiating skills
  • Own transport or access to reliable transport
  • Stock management ability
  • Administration ability
  • Basic Computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Learning our range of products and benefits
  • Must be willing to work retail hours
  • High school degree
  • Vaccinated for Covid 19.
  • SA ID/Passport or Valid Work Permit

 

Responsibilities

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
  • Maintain a fully stocked store
  • Ascertain customers’ needs and wants
  • Recommend and display items that match customer needs
  • Welcome and greet customers
  • Manage point-of-sale processes
  • Actively involved in the receiving of new shipments
  • Keep up to date with product information and training
  • Accurately describe product features and benefits
  • Follow all companies policies and procedures
