Job Description

JOB DECRIPTION:

  • Expanding business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching and analysing the sales opportunity.
  • Identifying and engaging with new customers via networking, cold calling, emailing and other lead generation techniques. Utilising several tools such as ZoomInfo, Salesforce, Outreach and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Sell the Company's products and services by establishing contact, developing relationships and recommending tailor made solutions with new prospects.
  • Develop proposals to meet clients’ and businesses’ goals including budgets and timelines.
  • Maintains relationships with ongoing prospects by providing support, information and guidance; researching and recommending relevant new opportunities; and recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Pipeline management for reporting purposes and productivity analysis.
  • Mentoring and guiding Business Development Executive (meeting booker) in developing prospecting strategy. Answering technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members.
  • Comfortable setting and meeting sales revenue targets and KPIs set by management.
  • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Responsible for own pipeline and for full life cycle of the sales process, from prospecting to close.

  • Strong communication skills – including speaking and writing.
  • Ability to negotiate and collaborate effectively
  • A persuasive manner
  • Strong organisation and time-management skills
  • Self-motivated and drive to pursue targets
  • Persistent and able to follow-up consistently using various mediums
  • Resilient, ability to withstand rejection and stay calm under pressure.
  • Some form of Sales methodology training.

Desired Experience:

  • Fluent German speaker 
  • Satisfactory High School and/or University Results
  • At least 3 years of previous sales experience with demonstrable results
  • Cold calling experience is a prerequisite.
