Our client is seeking a personable and hard-working individual to join their VAT Service team as a VAT Compliance Manager. In this role, you will collaborate closely with teams in South Africa and the UK and take on a range of responsibilities, including:

• Reviewing deliverables of junior team members.
• Managing and upskilling team members.
• Handling periodic complex client audits and queries.
• Drafting and reviewing operational process notes.
• Providing training for new starters.
• Liaising with global country experts to achieve service goals.
• Advancing internal capabilities within the VAT Compliance service offering.

As a Compliance Manager, you will lead an internal team of Account Managers, guiding them through their most technical and complex activities.
